What a hysterical blog that Jen wrote! I'm still laughing my ass off! Sorry Jen, but that was truly awesome! Damn snakes anyway, and really, it wasn't the snake so much as it was the mouse.
Had a fairly decent weekend. Rented a motel room at Motel 6 with a pool and of course AC, which was the reason why. Swam in the pool while it rained. That was weird. Weather was weird this weekend. Shouldn't be that hot and clouds in the sky, ought to be a rule about that. But the room was nice and cozy. Had Heather over on Saturday night to spend the night. Christina went out with Genny as DD for Genny's birthday. I still haven't spent much time with Christina yet, where we could talk. Her whole situation is so weird, I'm just there for her. All I can do. Sunday it was so hot in the apartment I could have melted. Today I can't even wear make up or do anything to my hair because it's so damn hot inside all I do is sweat. Didn't walk last night because again, it was so damn hot out. Tonight I think I will. Tuesday night and Thursday night TJ works Swing shift so it will be just Taty and me. I so want to purchase an AC unit for our bedroom at least. Tatyana was sooooo hot last night, her skin was very hot. She kept waking us up just as we'd get to sleep. That was irritating because it took a lot to get to sleep because of how hot it was. We have little fans blowing on us both, but that isn't enough to keep me cool. I kept spraying my skin with my spray bottle and kept a soggy wash cloth in with me too. Over 90 is too hot for us in the apartment. I cleaned for 2 hours yesterday getting everything spiffy again. My hair was soaked by the time I was finished. No getting around that for sure. But, I think that was my "walk" for the day. I was sore by the time I finished cleaning. I did the bath tub, whole bathroom and mopped the kitchen floor. Plus the whole rest of the house. I'm ready for cooler temperatures for sure.
Christina took the girls for me after I had finished cleaning and brought her back at 8. Then we went to bed. I was tired from working. We watched Kill Bill 1 and I didn't like it. Quinton is a weird producer and writer. I liked the second one though. Less language and made more sense. The way he sets things up is bizarre!
