Thanks Jen for the post. I read it twice to soak it all in. Very wise advice. Just when I think I'm going to give up or give in, he changes on me to let me know he is still there and cares.

I had a wonderful night with my cousin Bruce last night. It was so good to see him again. We took a nice long walk and I learned a lot from him. I got more rays because it was around 6:30 when we took the walk. It felt good to walk and to talk with him. Day before I didn't get to because I was with Christina and then went to Tempie and Blaine's and then to my mom's house. I like to keep up with the walking, it's helping me more and more to shed the pounds. Plus it's good for you all the way around. Tatyana was very good while we were there. She sat in their speed boat which is sitting in the front yard. She posed for pictures so Uncle Pete could finish the roll of film. She looked so cute!

Uncle Pete might be giving us his swimming pool, which I find Outstanding! It has a filter in it, not heated and above ground. It's a big circular one and it has a ladder that goes up and into the pool to step into it with. It has a cover that comes with it too. It is Very cool and I would LOVE to have it in our yard. TJ said he would put it up for us. That would be so awesome to come home from work, and walk and then soak in the pool, plus I would have kids over to play with Tatyana and she would be able to learn to swim quicker. She begins swim lessons on Monday night for half an hour and then on Wednesday nights for 5 weeks. TJ is buying her some pool shoes today if she is good. I need to get another pair of sandals for me for work. My black ones are squeaking when I walk, so I have quit wearing them.

I am glad Bruce is here and is staying for good. It is nice to have him home again. He is starting up a business with Uncle Pete and I hope that is successful. His wife should be learning of him not coming home by today at the latest. She will probably be moving in with her parents and their two kids. Their oldest is 16 and Jacob is 10 so they will be ok. He thinks Yvonne is going to freak out, but who wouldn't really? He doesn't think she will follow either. I'm not sure what to make of it really. None of my business thank Goodness!

We are renting a motel room for tonight and tomorrow night. I will have Heather Saturday night and Sunday after church, Christina is coming to get both girls and take them for the rest of the day. That will give us an opportunity to watch Kill Bill one and two I hope.

The stupid neighbor's dog has now dug a hole under the fence and was cruising back and forth between his place and ours last night. He was jumping up on the screen door in our backyard wanting in. Don't blame him, it's hot out there, and his owner just leaves him out there to be bored. Why have a dog if that's all their purpose in life is?? Makes no sense to me I can tell you. It's only my business because his damn dog is in our yard and he snitched so we had to get rid of ours, what a crock of shit if you ask me. Plus I'm not scooping his dogs shit in my yard. If I end up having to I'm throwing it over the fence and he can deal with it. I still have the little scooper from Anny when we had her. Glad we don't in this heat anyway, we couldn't take her with us to the motel room. I can hardly wait to go swimming! Woo Hoo!

I'm ready for this day to end, at least in so far as work goes. Next Friday Admissions and FA are all gone to Las Vegas. Only Michelle and Genny will be up here. Talk about boring!!! I'm bringing a book to read for sure. What else is there to do? No leads, no people, no calls except for Academics. Mickey is going too. Two people on the whole floor! What a waste of my time. Kat will be doing my lunch. Might as well wear jeans and a T-shirt for all the good it will do me, but I won't. It just sounds good!!
