Stephanie Swaja came to visit today! How lovely to see her again. Donna is out today. Her dad had a bad night. I hope he is well and she will be back on Monday.

I get to leave early today! Woo Hoo! Laurel is at Yakima today with her niece's graduation. Kat starts on Monday in Admissions. I think she will be perfect for the job, and Career Services as well.

Talked to Jessica via email today briefly. She got stood up, poor thing. She has mega plans too this weekend. I'll be lucky to talk to anyone that isn't with me, Except for Lisa. I will talk to her. She got the purse mom and I sent her for her birthday, mother's day and for her aunt who is dying of lung cancer and still hanging in there as of yesterday. She is getting to the point they are putting her on enough meds that she is out of it consciously.

Still waiting to hear from the last girl on our mortgage loan. I hope she is going to be our saving grace. If not, we probably won't do it. If it is meant to be, like I told Jen, then it will happen. Shar is giving me pressure that I don't appreciate. I finally have gotten an explanation for why he jacked up the price of the house 6 grand so that it included our closing costs. Makes sense to be included in our loan, but it's now $176 rather than $162,950. Tatyana needs to be in on this decision too, because if we get this house, her birthday will be a lot less than it normally is. Payments would be $1376.81 a month including taxes and insurance. We would have to thin out our things a lot, but TJ is willing to do it. We are going to talk about it this weekend, our finances and if we could/should do this. I can see myself living in this house. It is only 5 years old. Yard is small, single garage, but give us time and equity and fix our credit rating a bit so we can advance to the house we want to live in, with much more space, bigger yard, 2 car garage, 2 story house with a dog. Taty only is concerned we get her a dog. She is such a 5 year old I swear! I do love her though. She is the best, and I tell her so every day. I couldn't imagine life without her, and I told her that too.

I'm excited for Festival! We will be on Flint and Weidler right at the beginning of the parade. Last year we were on 4th and Washington. I'm concerned about finding the place, with Sabrina and her family too. We have to bring our own chairs, and blanket.
