The House

We got in contact with a realtor that is a referral from a wonderful friend of ours. To make a long story short, we looked at this house and we can afford it. The negative part is that it is 1005 sq feet, which for us is small. We have a sectional couch and I'm a tad concerned about that. Strangely enough, it has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. A Gas Fire place that is just lovely. Small and I mean small yard with single car garage. No dishwasher I don't think but it is a nice place. Our california king would fit in the one room, and we would have to put our dressers in the 3rd bedroom. I liked it over all, but there are young people that live right next door, there were 6 pairs of shoes right out side the front door when we pulled up and a car on the side of their house in the grass, working on it like. Beautiful grass, sprinkler system built in, sliding glass door off to the side. It's a good thing we would have a garage, TJ is like, just store it in there! I told him we would need to get rid of a bunch of things.
